BY USING THE CARME WEBSITE LOCATED AT www.carmeauto.com and/or www.carmeauto.ca (THE “WEBSITE”) AND/OR USING THE FEATURES OF ANY APPLICATION AND/OR PROCESS THAT WE MAKE AVAILABLE (the “APP”) YOU HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE (“TERMS”). THESE TERMS APPLY TO ALL USERS OF THE WEBSITE, APPLICATIONS AND SERVICES (as that term is defined below), INCLUDING INDIVIDUALS AND ENTITIES WHO REGISTER FOR THE SERVICES, INDIVIDUALS AND ENTITIES WHO USE THE SERVICES AND INDIVIDUALS WHO VISIT THE WEBSITE (COLLECTIVELY, "USERS", "CUSTOMERS", "CLIENTS"). IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE WEBSITE, THE APP OR SERVICES.
“carme”, “we”, “us'” and “our” collectively means collectively carme auto. and its affiliates is the owner and operator of the Website. The Website and Applications allows users,clients and customers to submit information about their vehicles, with no sales pressure, along with related services (together, the “Services”).
Carme Auto provides an online platform where users can obtain vehicle valuations and submit their vehicles for sale to us. We may accept or decline vehicle submissions at our sole discretion.
Carme Auto known as "carme" is a licensed motor vehicle dealer registered with the Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council (OMVIC). We adhere to all regulations, standards, and consumer protection policies set forth by OMVIC. By using our services, you acknowledge that transactions are conducted in compliance with Ontario's motor vehicle sales laws. You can search OMVIC WEBSITE and find out dealership listed.

All vehicle valuations provided on our Website are estimates based on available market data. These valuations are not binding offers and are subject to further inspection and appraisal.
When submitting your vehicle for sale:
If we purchase your vehicle, payment will be processed based on mutually agreed terms. Payment may be made via electronic transfer, cheque, or another agreed method.
Carme Auto known as "carme" is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or reliance on vehicle valuations. Our liability is limited to the amount paid (if any) for your vehicle.
Your use of our Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Website after changes constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
