Referral Program Policy for Carme ("Carme Auto")

Thank you for participating in the Carme ("Carme Auto") Referral also known as Affiliate Program. By referring customers to our website www.carmeauto.com and www.carmeauto.ca (collectively, the “Website”), you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Referral Program Policy.

1. Program Overview

The Carme Auto Referral Program allows you to refer potential customers (individuals or businesses) to our Website. If we purchase a vehicle from someone you have referred, you will receive a referral payment (the “Referral Fee”), subject to the conditions below.

2. Referral Fee

The Referral Fee will be a set fixed amount (as specified on the referral Portal or agreed upon with the affiliate) for each completed transaction where a referred customer sells a vehicle to Carme Auto.

3. How Referrals Work

• Affiliates will be provided with a unique referral link or code to share with potential customers.
• The referred customer must use the affiliate's referral link or code when submitting their vehicle for evaluation or sale to qualify.
• A successful referral occurs when the referred customer sells a vehicle to Carme Auto and the transaction is completed.

4. Payment Terms

• Referral Fees are payable only after Carme Auto completes the purchase of the vehicle from the referred customer and after all verification processes are completed.
• Payments will be made on a [weekly/monthly] basis or as otherwise agreed between Carme Auto and the affiliate.
• The affiliate is responsible for providing accurate payment information, and any failure to do so may delay payment.

5. When Referral Fees May Not Be Paid

Carme Auto reserves the right to withhold or refuse payment of Referral Fees in the following situations:

• Incomplete Transactions: If the referred customer does not complete the sale of their vehicle to Carme Auto, no Referral Fee will be paid.
• Fraudulent Referrals: If Carme Auto determines that the referral was made with fraudulent or misleading information, no payment will be made, and any existing Referral Fees may be reversed.
• Violation of Program Terms: If an affiliate violates any of the terms outlined in this policy or engages in activities such as spamming, misleading marketing, or using unethical practices to gain referrals, Carme Auto may suspend or terminate their participation in the Affiliate Program and withhold Referral Fees.
• Customer Returns or Cancellations: If a referred transaction is canceled or reversed for any reason, the Referral Fee will be voided, and no payment will be made for that referral.

6. Affiliate Obligations

As an affiliate, you agree to:

• Promote Carme Auto’s Website and services in a truthful, ethical, and professional manner.
• Comply with all applicable laws, including advertising and marketing regulations, when promoting our services.
• Not engage in any form of spam, deceptive marketing, or any other unethical activity in connection with the Affiliate Program.
• Provide accurate and honest information to referred customers.

7. Liability Waiver

By participating in the Affiliate Program, you agree to the following waivers:

• No Guarantee of Referrals: Carme Auto does not guarantee any minimum number of referrals, transactions, or Referral Fees. The amount of Referral Fees depends on the actual sales and purchases completed by referred customers.
• No Guarantee of Payment: Carme Auto reserves the right to refuse or delay payment of any Referral Fees based on non-compliance with this policy, fraudulent activity, or incomplete transactions, as outlined above.
• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Carme Auto harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and costs arising from your participation in the Affiliate Program, including any legal claims resulting from your marketing activities or failure to comply with applicable laws.

8. Modifications and Termination

• Carme Auto reserves the right to modify or terminate the Affiliate Program at any time, including changes to referral structures, payment terms, or eligibility.
• Carme Auto may terminate an affiliate's participation in the program for any reason, including breach of these terms or engagement in fraudulent or unethical conduct.
• If the program is terminated or an affiliate is removed, the affiliate will not be entitled to any further Referral Fees, except for transactions completed before the termination.

9. Affiliate Program Changes

We may update or amend this Affiliate Program Policy at any time, and any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued participation in the Affiliate Program after any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
