Sell Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: March 1st, 2025

All Sell Offers (“Offer”) provided by carme. (“carme”) are subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • All Offers expire on the date provided in the offer or seven (7) days from the date the offered to you.
  • All Offers are subject to: verificaiton of the information provided about the vehicle, its condition and history; inspection by a representative; vehicles must not have any undisclosed liens or otherwise; your must have signing authority on the vehicle; and vehicle kms shall not exceed 1,000 kms of the kms disclosed.
  • Carme may rescind or revise Offer at any time prior to the vehicle being purchased.
  • Fee(s) that may occur during the purchase process with Carme: Should there be a lien or security registered on the vehicle we charge $299 for this, which is deducted from the purchase value. Should Carme agree to purchase vehicle and both parties have signed an agreement inwhich the seller backs out of we charge $599 to cover costs. ( Carfax, Lien Search, Travel, and/or others ).
  • Additionally, Carme may required legal forms, agreements, waviers and other documents be signed.
